Supper

Pasta bolognaise, comes out different every time depending on which veg I have in the fridge but always nourishing and comforting. It is also something eaten by 80% of the family and our 2 year old will at least eat her body weight in garlic bread so that’s good enough for me!

We tend to add lots of veg (useful for bulking it out cheaply but primarily for increasing nutritional value) and use Aberdeen Angus steak mince which contains about 10% fat – means it’s not drowning in fat like the 20% mince but has more flavour and is less dry than using a 5% mince!

Pasta bolognaise with grated parmesan cheese and some garlic bread.  Children all had a yoghurt too, a Yeo Valley tumble pot which are pots of organic yoghurt!
